TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and the tariffs according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody.
Accounts must be paid in full on arrival. Cheques cannot be accepted except by prior arrangement with the proprietor.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should we not receive at least 7 days notice in writing, the group organiser will be liable to pay the total cost as per reservation.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
The GR8 Hotel operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Any guest found to be using or in possession of illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not receive any refund of monies paid in advance.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
Any malicious damage caused to the property and/or fixtures and fittings will be charged to the organiser’s credit card. In the case of severe malicious damage, criminal proceedings will be instigated.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended you take holiday insurance cover.
